Only a 20 minute ferry ride from Cancun, Nautibeach Condos is located on the north side of Isla Mujeres on the most popular beach, Playa Norte.
 

Condos #5, #6, #9 and #17 are two bedroom/one bathroom condos and are not part of the on-site rental pool, but still have full access to the pool, beach, chairs, and umbrellas.  Due to their great locations and upscale furnishings, they are the most sought after condos at Nautibeach.
 

Condo #5 is a guaranteed ground floor condo has been completely renovated throughout making it unique to the complex for its comfort and fine decor. King size beds in each bedroom, high end cookware, bakeware and cutlery, granite counter tops in the kitchen, 4 burner cook top, full size oven, and an extra sink and vanity in the back bedroom are just some of the upgrades in this spectacular condo. It is located on the ground level for easy access to the pool and beach. The patio on this ground floor condo is twice as big as the balconies of the second and third floor condos at Nautibeach, making it more delightful to enjoy tranquil mornings and evenings from your private terrace overlooking the tropical gardens and pool.

We also rent out Condo #6 which has a patio that is connected to the patio of Condo #5. For groups traveling together, large planters can be removed between the two connecting patios. For individual rentals, the planters are kept in place providing private patios.
 

Located on our property is the restaurant, Mayan Beach Club - a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner and one of the best spots on the island for watching the sunsets.  Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided both around the pool and on the beach for our guests. 
 

Nautibeach is located on Playa Norte, the most desirable beach on the island. And, you’re just a two-block walk to downtown where you’ll find shops, amazing restaurants, live music and the pulse of the island.
