Condos #5, #6, #9 and #17 are two bedroom/one bathroom condos and are not part of the on-site rental pool, but still have full access to the pool, beach, chairs, and umbrellas. Due to their great locations and upscale furnishings, they are the most sought after condos at Nautibeach.
 

Condo #17 is a second floor unit with full garden view, plus ocean vistas as well.  King size beds in each bedroom, Smart TV with local channels, high end cookware, bakeware and cutlery, granite counter tops in the kitchen, 4 burner cook top, and an extra sink and vanity in the back bedroom are just some of the upgrades in this spectacular condo.

Located on our property is the restaurant, Mayan Beach Club - a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner and one of the best spots on the island for watching the sunsets.  Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided both around the pool and on the beach for our guests.
 

Nautibeach is located on Playa Norte, the most desirable beach on the island. And, you’re just a two-block walk to downtown where you’ll find shops, amazing restaurants, live music and the pulse of the island.
